We offer STANDARD, 3 Day, 2 Day or Next day Air. Price is calculated on an individual basis.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally via USPS Priority/Express Mail parcels. Price is calculated on an individual basis.

How do I care for my apparel items?
As our apparel items are 100% cotton, some shrinkage may occur once washed. We recommend machine wash cold inside out with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not use bleach or iron apparel.

Do you accept credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards. We use a secure SSL connection.

When should I expect my order?
Artists will ship all orders directly to customers within 72 hours, with all artwork packaged and shipped in accordance with shipping industry standards.

Apparel items will be shipped within 5 days. If for some reason we are out of stock on your apparel purchase, we will notify you and let you know the expected delivery.

What is your art return policy?
If for some reason artwork is sent to you is damaged please let us know. All artwork shall be packaged and shipped in accordance with shipping industry standards for item shipped. Artist shall be responsible for damage to artwork caused from improperly packaging of item (framed work etc.). Shipping shall be done using certified mail or other approved shipping methods (FedEx, UPS, etc.) that provide for tracking and/or require a delivery signature, all artwork shall be insured for its purchase price.

What is your apparel return policy?
If for some reason a product we send to you is damaged please let us know and we will send a replacement with a posted envelope to return the damaged item. We must be notified within 30 days of delivery of the damage, and item must be returned in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Under no circumstance does ConciergeQ reimburse for return shipping costs incurred by the customer.
