Creating a buzz by keeping everyone laughing, Amy Schumer, a sharp-witted New York City comedian, who is a Long Island native and a relative of New York’s Senior Senator Charles Schumer, has become a rising star on the comedy circuit. Amy has had noted appearances on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,” “The Adam Carolla Show,” and “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” with Ellen quoted as saying: "Amy is one of my favorites, I expect to see big things from this girl." Schumer made her network debut on NBC's “Last Comic Standing,” and has enjoyed regular spots on MTV and VH-1 shows, such as “Best Week Ever” and “I Love the 80s” - her comedic talent is infectious and long lasting. Selected for the 2007 Montreal Just For Laughs Festival in the "New Faces" category, Amy was also featured in Comedy Central's “Live At Gotham,” guest-starred opposite Larry David on “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and appeared on NBC's "30 Rock." Currently, Amy is lending her talents to co-hosting Fuse TV's “Hoppus On Music,” a new weekly show covering everything in the world of music. Moreover, Amy Shumer’s debut comedy album, Cutting, was released in April 2012 from Comedy Central Records!

What is your favorite outdoor activity in New York City? Riding my bike up to the George Washington Bridge.

The George Washington Bridge is a suspension bridge spanning the Hudson River and connecting over 106 million vehicles a year from northern Manhattan to Fort Lee, New Jersey.
