Nikki Lang: Los Angeles, California

Nikki Lang-Feel Better

At the age of 12, Nikki Lang launched her show business career, and by 15 had evolved and graced the stage as both a solo artist and part of a band, appearing on the rock club circuit throughout Los Angeles. This unorthodox, musical right-of-passage has developed Nikki into a contemporary, successful singer-songwriter with a loyal fan base. Today, as Lang approaches her twenties, she has toured nationally and internationally, been a featured artist on radio and TV, worked in print, and continues to catch the eyes of music industry moguls as an original. Inspired by the authenticity of singer-songwriters Joni Mitchell, Alanis Morissette and Lily Allen, Nikki sings of self-discovery and empowerment that reads like a handbook for young women coming of age with a crossover appeal to the adult contemporary market. Her accomplishments include the completion of her new EP, Feel Better, and wrapping production on her first music video for the title track, which was directed by Emmy-winning director Todd Robinson. Moreover, Nikki has had several charitable projects, including benefit recordings for the Christopher Reeve Foundation and The American Diabetes Association – which created a fundraiser called Download For Diabetes, where 100% of the proceeds of “Feel Better” were donated to the ADA.

If Heaven were Los Angeles, what would God say to a visitor when they arrive at the Pearly Gates? If you thought you were going to rest in eternal peace, you came to the wrong place. Peace is the last thing you'll find in this crazy place, but you will never be bored!
