Shannon Miller-Gymnastics

"Artistic Women's Gymnastics: I will be glued to gymnastics as a former competitor, a fan and an analyst for Yahoo! Sports. Currently the US Team is #1 in the world and looking to keep that title in London. The gold has eluded them in the last three Olympic Games but this year's team is stacking up to be one of the best ever! I'm looking forward to watching the competition, the skills these gymnasts are doing are absolutely incredible!

Artistic Men's Gymnastics: This year will once again be a battle with China, Japan, USA and others. I'm looking forward to watching Kohei Uchimura from Japan. After three consecutive world titles, he could be the best male gymnast to ever live. It's going to be an exciting competition! The US Men are probably the best we've seen since the 1984 gold medal winning men's team.

Swimming: I watched Michael Phelps win one of his many gold's in Athens and I'm looking forward to watching him battle it out to become the most decorated Olympian of all time--surpassing Soviet gymnast Larysa Latynina."

Shannon Miller remains The Most Decorated American Gymnast, male or female, in history. Shannon's tally of five medals, two silver and three bronze, at the 1992 Olympics was the most medals won by a US athlete. At the 1996 Olympic Games, she led the "Magnificent Seven" to the US Women's first ever Team Gold and for the first time for any American gymnast, she captured Gold on the balance beam. Her company, Shannon Miller Lifestyle: Health and Fitness for Women, empowers women to make their health a priority. Moreover, Shannon remains a television and radio host and will be in London as an analyst with Yahoo! Sports.
